Our Story

How It Started

I never planned to enter the medical industry - it happened almost by accident. After studying Chinese, I moved to Asia to explore the world. I was invited to work in Singapore Orient Hospital, I was scared and not sure that it's a good idea, but exactly that moment led to my very first role in healthcare and the beginning of my journey into the world of international patients and medical tourism.

Building Experience

From that point, I dedicated myself to working with people who traveled abroad for treatment. At a cell transplantation center of Singapore Orient Hospital, I grew from a customer service role to director of the international team by the age of 24. Later, I came to Phuket - the island of my dreams - first for a vacation, I fell in love with this place and decided to stay. I joined Bangkok Hospital Phuket, one of the best hospitals in southern Thailand, where I deepened my experience supporting patients from around the world.

A Turning Point

When the pandemic arrived, everything shifted. Long hours, burnout, and catching COVID made me reevaluate my path. I later continued my journey in aesthetics as an international manager at Apex Beauty Clinic, gaining new insights into plastic surgery and beauty care. I also met the love of my life here, and together we are blessed to build a family in this paradise we now call home.

Why Healsea

Through all these experiences, one truth became clear: healthcare doesn’t have to feel cold or stressful. With the right environment and care, it can be safe, stress-free, and even joyful. Healing is not only about procedures - it’s also about peace of mind and feeling supported at every step.

That belief inspired me to create Healsea. My mission is to combine Thailand’s world-class medical expertise with the beauty of its tropical paradise.
